1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Hello Kado, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity that happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
Be kind. Don't use Hello Kado to harass others, share illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that don't follow these basics.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (wishes, photos, notes). You grant us a limited license to host and display it so we can actually run the service for you and the people you connect with.
5. Service changes
Hello Kado is a work of love and constant improvement. We may add, change, or remove features, and we'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes ahead of time.
6. Disclaimer
Hello Kado is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to your use of the service.
